Payment
I accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.  Gift Cards issued by these companies cannot be accepted for Internet purchases. Debit cards that have the Visa or MasterCard logos are also accepted. Checks or money orders cannot be accepted for on-line purchases.

All custom or special order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit on order.

Sales Tax
Items shipped to a Maryland address will be charged a 6% Maryland state sales tax. Items shipped outside of Maryland will not be subject to sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. However, custom or special order items are considered a final sale and may not be returned.

Defects in items (including custom or special orders), which are found immediately or occur within a reasonable (warranty) period of time after purchase, are always returnable for repair or exchange.

To expedite the return or exchange process, please email me at judy@judybliss.com to notify me of your intent to return or exchange an item. When returning items, please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.  Please pack them to insure their safe arrival.  I cannot be responsible for broken or lost items.  Upon receipt of the original item, in unused condition, I will process your refund or exchange. Shipping charges for returned items cannot be refunded.  However, your return shipping charge will be credited to your account for exchanges.

Customer Registration and Security
When visiting my web site, you have the option of creating an account.  This is for your convenience in viewing messages regarding your order as well as tracking orders, facilitating check out, maintaining wish lists and recording items you have recently viewed.  Registration is completely optional and is not required for making a purchase.  All information is secure and I do not sell or share your data with any other entities.

Domestic Shipping Policy and Charges
All orders received will be packaged in a gift box and shipped within 5-7 days. Shipping for all items or combination of items to the same address is a flat rate of $6.00.
